Silent Generator Mālie
Achieving library-level quiet low noise! A generator that realizes a different dimension of silence.
The "Silent Generator Mālie" achieves outstanding low noise that surpasses ultra-low noise and super ultra-low noise types. Various measures have been taken to realize quietness. First, the noise source, the engine fan, has been eliminated, and cooling is achieved solely through two electric fans. Next, to maximize the soundproofing effect in the limited space from the intake and exhaust systems, the muffler and resonator have been designed in a dual structure. Additionally, to minimize the transmission of vibrations, which are a source of noise, to the hood, all components are supported with vibration isolation, thoroughly suppressing noise generation. Any noise that still occurs is managed by designing the hood with a double structure to prevent sound from escaping. The achieved noise level of 43dB can be reduced to a level comparable to that of a quiet library. Moreover, maintenance has been improved by making the front frame foldable forward, enhancing the ease of cleaning the radiator. Additionally, a single-door sliding structure has been adopted for the side door, allowing for door opening and closing even in limited spaces.
